Outside door broken, poorly cleaned, not so friendly personnel.
Room was filthy. Food under cushion, floors not vacuumed, dusty, and overall I wasn't very satisfied.
Room was clean and staff was friendly. It's not the best hotel in the area but it works. Room that was reserved had to be switched since AC was broke. Has veterans parking and a nice breakfast. Side doors were always unlocked kind of off putting.
I watched the front desk clerk be extremely disrespectful and yell at a few very nice older customers over a billing mishap. He (the clerk) was extremely rude and aggressive. Hotel wasn't much better. Go elsewhere if you need to stay in Osage.
